When Mary hosted the first chat room for America Online in 1995, she saw the need for always-ready support talent.

Since then, she’s built a career doing just that. Turner Broadcasting called on her to develop customer service plans for NBA.com, CNN Pipeline and many other startup properties. She’s also developed and facilitated customer service plans for brands such as Apple, Comcast Cable and Sprint.

An expert in employee training, Mary has made it her life’s mission to help companies experience the financial and tactical benefits of distributed workforces. Under Mary’s guidance, for example, NASCAR.com saved 52 percent on customer service costs over five years. She’s also helped hundreds of people realize the freedom and opportunity of entering the on-demand digital workforce.
